License

Fylark grants use on one device while the subscription is active. Sharing or reselling a license key is prohibited.

Subscription

Access ends on the expiry date shown in the backoffice system. Renewals use the payment method agreed with the seller.

Data responsibility

Users are responsible for backups and for having permission to index their files. Fylark does not modify indexed files.

Limitation

The service is provided as available. Liability for indirect damage and data loss is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law.
